How Does Plastic Sintered Plate Dust Collector Work?
The plastic sintered plate dust collector is a high-efficiency surface filtration dust removal device.It adopts integrated plastic sintered filter plates to replace traditional filter bags or filter cartridges,realizing stable separation of fine dust,humid and sticky dust through airflow filtration,dust deposition and automatic pulse cleaning.
1.Airflow&Dust Filtration Process
Contaminated air with dust is sucked into the closed stainless steel or carbon steel cabinet by the induced draft fan.
Under negative pressure,the dusty airflow passes through the outer surface of the plastic sintered plate.
Solid dust particles are trapped on the plate surface by the uniform microporous structure of the sintered plate,while clean air penetrates the filter plate and flows into the clean air chamber,then discharged outdoors up to standard.
2.Unique Surface Filtration Principle
Different from deep filtration of filter bags,the plastic sintered plate adopts surface filtration.
Dust only adheres to the outer surface,will not penetrate into the internal fiber gap.
This structure effectively prevents fine powder,wet dust and sticky dust from clogging the filter element for a long time.
3.Automatic Pulse Jet Cleaning System
When the differential pressure rises to the set value,the automatic pulse cleaning system starts.
Compressed air instantly sprays to the inner side of each sintered plate,forming a powerful back-blow airflow.
The dust layer on the outer surface is blown off and falls into the bottom ash hopper.
Dust is discharged regularly through the ash drawer or star unloader to complete ash removal.
4.Continuous Circulation Operation
Filtration,pulse cleaning and ash discharge run alternately without shutdown.
The sintered plate keeps long-term stable air permeability and high filtration efficiency.
The whole operation is fully sealed,no dust leakage,no secondary dust pollution.

The high-density sintered plastic plate has excellent acid resistance,alkali resistance and moisture resistance.
