How to install a stainless steel dust collector?
A complete,step-by-step installation guide for stainless steel dust collectors,covering site preparation,assembly,piping,wiring,commissioning and safety notes,suitable for food,chemical,pharmaceutical and industrial production workshops.
1.Pre-Installation Preparation
Select a flat,solid,load-bearing ground with good ventilation and no severe vibration.
Reserve maintenance space around the equipment for filter replacement and ash cleaning.
Confirm matching power supply,compressed air source and exhaust pipeline layout.
Check all stainless steel components,filters,sealing gaskets,fans and accessories for damage.
2.Main Unit Placement&Fixing
