Box Type Baghouse Dust Collector

A box type baghouse dust collector is a compact,efficient dry dust removal equipment widely used in industrial production,characterized by its integrated box structure,simple layout and reliable operation.It takes fabric filter bags as the core filtering medium,mainly used to separate solid particles from dust-laden gas in small and medium-sized air volume scenarios,with a dust removal efficiency of 90%to 90%,and the dust emission concentration can be stably controlled below 10 mg/m³,fully complying with industrial environmental protection standards.

The equipment adopts an integrated box design,which integrates the filter chamber,clean air chamber,ash hopper and cleaning system into a single box body,saving installation space and facilitating on-site layout.Its working principle is simple and efficient:dust-laden gas enters the box from the air inlet,large-particle dust falls into the ash hopper due to gravity,while fine dust is intercepted by the outer surface of the filter bags installed in the filter chamber,forming a dust cake to enhance filtration efficiency.The purified gas passes through the filter bags into the clean air chamber and is discharged by the fan.

When the dust cake accumulates and the system resistance reaches the preset value,the built-in pulse cleaning system is activated.High-pressure compressed air is instantly injected into the filter bags to make them vibrate,so that the dust cake falls off into the ash hopper,realizing filter bag regeneration.The ash hopper is equipped with a star discharger for regular ash discharge,ensuring continuous operation.

The core components include filter bags(optional polyester,PPS and other materials according to working conditions),pulse cleaning system,box body and ash discharge device.It has the advantages of compact structure,easy installation and maintenance,low energy consumption and strong adaptability,suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises such as wood processing,food processing,machinery manufacturing and building materials.It effectively solves the dust pollution problem in production,protects the environment and ensures the health of operators.
