To avoid pressure buildup and ensure continuous operation,the baghouse is equipped with an automatic cleaning system.When the dust layer on the filter bags reaches a certain thickness,the system triggers pulse jet cleaning—compressed air is sprayed at high speed to shake off the dust,which then falls into the ash hopper for unified treatment.The filter bags are available in various materials to suit different working conditions,such as high-temperature-resistant aramid bags and corrosion-resistant PTFE bags,ensuring long-term reliability.
