The High Temperature Baghouse,also known as high-temperature bag filter,is a specialized dry-type dust removal equipment designed to handle high-temperature dusty gas,which is widely used in industrial processes with high-temperature flue gas or dust emissions.It is uniquely engineered to withstand extreme operating temperatures while maintaining high dust removal efficiency,making it an indispensable device for industries that generate high-temperature pollutants and need to comply with environmental protection regulations.

Structurally,the High Temperature Baghouse is robust and heat-resistant,with key components tailored for high-temperature environments.Its main parts include a heat-insulated sealed casing(to prevent heat loss and protect internal components),high-temperature resistant filter bags(commonly made of PTFE,PPS,or glass fiber fabrics that can withstand high temperatures up to 260–300°C),corrosion-resistant metal filter cages,a pulse jet cleaning system(optimized for high-temperature stability),an air inlet/outlet with heat insulation,a dust hopper(equipped with heat preservation to avoid dust caking),and an automatic dust discharge device.The pulse jet system,consisting of high-temperature resistant electromagnetic pulse valves,a heat-insulated compressed air tank,and a PLC control system,is the core to ensure efficient dust cleaning under high-temperature conditions.

The working principle of the High Temperature Baghouse is similar to conventional bag filters but adapted for high-temperature scenarios.High-temperature dusty gas(ranging from 120°C to 300°C)enters the baghouse from the air inlet,passing through a flow distribution device that slows down the gas flow and prevents direct scouring of the filter bags.Large-particle dust settles into the dust hopper by gravity,while fine dust is intercepted by the high-temperature resistant filter bags.Dust particles adhere to the outer surface of the bags,and clean gas penetrates the bag fabric,经过heat exchange(if needed)and then is discharged through the air outlet.

As dust accumulates on the filter bags,the equipment’s air resistance increases.When the resistance reaches a preset value,the PLC control system automatically triggers the pulse jet cleaning process.High-pressure compressed air(0.4–0.6 MPa),which is pre-cooled if necessary to avoid damaging the filter bags,is instantly sprayed into the filter bags through the nozzles.This causes the bags to expand rapidly and vibrate violently,shaking off the dust layer attached to the bag surface.The dust then falls into the dust hopper and is discharged regularly through the dust discharge device.

This specialized high-temperature dust collector boasts excellent performance:its dust removal efficiency reaches over 90%,with the outlet dust concentration below 5 mg/Nm³,meeting strict environmental emission standards.It can handle inlet dust concentrations up to 1500 g/Nm³and operating temperatures ranging from 120°C to 300°C(customizable for higher temperatures with special materials).Its heat-insulated design ensures stable operation,and the corrosion-resistant components extend the service life of the equipment,reducing maintenance costs.
