An industrial baghouse dust extractor is a high-efficiency dry dust removal device widely used in various industrial fields,designed to capture and remove solid particles from dust-laden gas,thereby reducing air pollution and protecting the working environment.As a core equipment for industrial dust control,it adopts fabric filter bags as the key filtering component,boasting a dust removal efficiency of 90%to 90%,with stable dust emission concentration below 10 mg/m³,fully complying with global industrial environmental protection standards.

Its working process is divided into three sequential stages:filtration,cleaning and ash discharge.Dust-laden gas generated from production processes is drawn into the baghouse by a fan through the air inlet.Large-particle dust settles directly into the ash hopper under the action of gravity,while fine dust particles are intercepted by the outer surface of the filter bags installed in the filter chamber,gradually forming a dust cake that further improves filtration precision.The purified gas passes through the filter bags into the clean air chamber and is then discharged into the atmosphere.

When the dust cake on the filter bags accumulates to a certain thickness,the system resistance rises to the preset value,and the cleaning system is automatically activated.The most common cleaning method is pulse jet cleaning,which uses high-pressure compressed air(0.3–0.5 MPa)injected instantly into the filter bags through pulse valves,creating a strong reverse airflow that makes the filter bags vibrate violently,thus peeling off the dust cake.This cleaning process can be carried out online without stopping the entire equipment,ensuring continuous industrial production.
