Pulse Jet Bag Filter

The pulse jet bag filter is the most widely used type of fabric filter dust collector in industrial dust removal,renowned for its high cleaning efficiency,continuous operation capability and wide adaptability.As a dry dust removal equipment,it uses fabric filter bags as the core filtering medium,achieving a dust removal efficiency of 90%to 90%and stable dust emission concentration below 10 mg/m³,which meets the strict environmental protection requirements of various industries.

Its working principle consists of three key stages:filtration,pulse cleaning and ash discharge.Dust-laden gas enters the filter chamber from the air inlet,and large-particle dust settles into the ash hopper due to gravity.Fine dust is intercepted by the outer surface of the filter bags,forming a dust cake that enhances filtration precision.Purified gas passes through the filter bags into the clean air chamber and is discharged by the fan.When the dust cake thickens and system resistance reaches the preset threshold,the pulse cleaning system is activated.

The pulse cleaning system,the core advantage of this equipment,consists of air bags,pulse valves,injection pipes and Venturi tubes.High-pressure compressed air(0.3–0.5 MPa)is instantly injected into the filter bags through pulse valves,generating a strong reverse shock wave that makes the filter bags expand and vibrate violently,peeling off the dust cake quickly.This cleaning process is carried out online,without stopping the entire system,ensuring continuous production.

The equipment has a compact structure,mainly including filter bags(optional PET,PPS,PTFE materials according to temperature and dust properties),pulse cleaning system,box body and ash discharge device.It features easy maintenance,low energy consumption and strong adaptability to different dust types,widely applied in cement,metallurgy,chemical industry,garbage incineration,wood processing and other fields,effectively solving industrial dust pollution problems.
