Inclined Cartridge Dust Collector

The inclined cartridge dust collector is a high-efficiency dry dust removal equipment characterized by its inclined-installed filter cartridges,which is an optimized upgrade based on the traditional vertical or horizontal cartridge dust collector.It integrates advanced filtering technology and pulse cleaning system,combining the advantages of compact structure,convenient maintenance and high dust removal efficiency,and is widely used in industrial fields such as metal processing,woodworking,chemical industry and food processing.

The biggest feature of this equipment is the inclined installation design of the filter cartridges.Unlike the vertical installation that takes up more vertical space and the horizontal installation that is inconvenient for ash falling,the inclined filter cartridges(usually installed at an angle of 30°-60°)can not only save installation space effectively,but also facilitate the automatic falling of dust after cleaning,avoiding dust accumulation on the surface of the filter cartridges and improving the cleaning effect and service life of the filter cartridges.The filter cartridges adopt high-quality pleated filter materials,such as polyester,PTFE membrane or composite fiber,with large filtering area,which is 3-5 times that of the same volume cloth bag,and can efficiently capture ultrafine dust with a particle size of 0.3μm,with a dust removal efficiency of more than 90%.

Equipped with a PLC-controlled pulse jet cleaning system,the inclined cartridge dust collector can realize automatic cleaning according to the set differential pressure(usually 1500-2000Pa).Compressed air with a pressure of 0.3-0.6MPa is sprayed through the electromagnetic pulse valve,which shakes the filter cartridges and makes the attached dust fall into the ash hopper quickly.The cleaning process does not need to stop the machine,ensuring continuous and stable operation of the equipment.The ash hopper is equipped with a sealed discharger,which can effectively collect and discharge dust,preventing secondary pollution.

In addition,the inclined installation of the filter cartridges also makes maintenance more convenient.Operators can replace the filter cartridges quickly without disassembling the main body of the equipment,which greatly reduces maintenance time and labor costs.The equipment has a wide adaptability,with air volume ranging from 1000 to 20000m³/h,and can be equipped with anti-static,flame-retardant,oil-resistant and other special filter materials according to different dust characteristics,meeting the dust removal needs of various working conditions.It is an ideal dust removal equipment for small and medium-sized workshops and production lines with limited space and high dust removal requirements.
