Stand-alone Cartridge Dust Collector

The stand-alone cartridge dust collector is a compact,efficient and easy-to-operate dry dust removal equipment,specially designed for small-scale dust sources such as single workstations,small machines and small workshops.It integrates filtering,cleaning,ash discharge and air supply into one,without the need for complex pipeline connection,making it flexible and convenient to install and use,and widely used in various light industrial and machining fields.

As the core component,the pleated filter cartridge adopts high-quality polyester or PTFE membrane material,which has a large filtering area(3-5 times that of traditional cloth bags of the same volume)and excellent filtering performance.It can effectively capture ultrafine dust with a particle size of 0.3μm,and the dust removal efficiency is as high as 90%or more,meeting strict environmental protection standards.The pulse jet cleaning system controlled by PLC realizes automatic cleaning,using 0.3-0.6MPa compressed air to backblow the filter cartridge,which can quickly shake off the dust attached to the surface without stopping the machine,ensuring continuous and stable operation.

The equipment has a compact structure,small footprint,and the overall volume is only 1/3-1/2 of that of the same air volume baghouse,which is very suitable for occasions with limited installation space.The filter cartridge is installed in a side-mounted or obliquely inserted way,which can be replaced quickly in 3 minutes without disassembling the main body,greatly reducing maintenance time and labor cost.In addition,it is equipped with a sealed ash hopper and a star-shaped discharger,which can effectively collect and discharge dust,avoiding secondary pollution.

The stand-alone cartridge dust collector has a wide adaptability,with air volume ranging from 1000 to 5000m³/h,and can be equipped with different filter materials according to the characteristics of dust,such as anti-static,flame-retardant and oil-resistant types,to meet the needs of welding,grinding,laser cutting,food processing and other different working conditions.It is easy to operate,with full automatic control,and only needs regular inspection and maintenance to ensure long-term stable operation,providing a clean and safe working environment for enterprises.
