Working Principle

With the help of precious metal catalysts(such as platinum,palladium),the equipment reduces the activation energy of organic waste gas.When the waste gas is heated to 280–400°C,the VOCs undergo complete oxidation reaction without open flame.The heat released during the reaction can be recycled to preheat the incoming cold waste gas,forming a self-heating cycle,which greatly reduces energy consumption and operating costs.
