Core Working Principle

The core of the Catalytic Oxidizer lies in the catalytic effect of the catalyst.When the organic waste gas passes through the catalyst bed,the catalyst reduces the activation energy of the VOCs oxidation reaction,enabling the organic pollutants to be fully oxidized and decomposed into non-toxic carbon dioxide(CO₂)and water vapor(H₂O)at 280–400°C,without open flame combustion.The heat generated during the reaction can be recycled to preheat the incoming waste gas,further reducing energy consumption.
