Stainless Steel Cyclone Tower

Its working principle is based on the power of centrifugal force,combined with optional spray washing for enhanced purification.When waste gas enters the tower tangentially at a high speed(15–25 m/s),it forms a strong spiral vortex.Denser particles,dust,and oil droplets are thrown outward to the stainless steel tower wall by centrifugal force,losing momentum and sliding down along the wall into the bottom sump.For soluble gases such as SO₂,HCl,and NH₃,a spray system can be equipped at the top,which atomizes water or neutralizing solution to form a liquid film,capturing pollutants through chemical reaction and absorption.Finally,the purified gas passes through a mist eliminator to remove entrained water droplets before being discharged,ensuring up-to-standard emission.

The key structure of the tower is fully made of stainless steel,including the cylindrical or conical tower body,tangential air inlet,optional spray system,mist eliminator,circulation water tank,and access doors.The stainless steel material endows the tower with excellent performance:it can resist corrosion from strong acids,alkalis,and humid gases,withstand temperatures ranging from-20°C to 300°C,and has a service life of more than 10 years.The tower has no moving parts,which greatly reduces the failure rate and simplifies daily maintenance.
