Dust Collector Cage

A Dust Collector Cage,also referred to as filter cage,bag cage or dust bag support frame,is an essential structural accessory for baghouse dust collectors.It acts as a rigid support skeleton for filter bags,maintaining the overall shape of the filter bag during air intake,dust filtration and high-pressure pulse jet cleaning.

Manufactured from high-quality low-carbon steel wire or stainless steel wire,the cage adopts automatic welding technology with solid welding joints,uniform structure and burr-free smooth surface.It effectively prevents filter bags from shrinking,collapsing,sagging or being worn by friction,greatly extending the service life of filter media.

Multiple surface protection treatments are available,including electro-galvanized,hot-dip galvanized,epoxy coating and silicone spraying.These treatments provide excellent anti-corrosion,acid and alkali resistance,as well as high-temperature resistance,adapting to complex working conditions such as high humidity,chemical corrosion and high flue gas temperature.

Various structural styles are optional,such as single-section cage,multi-section combined cage,with venturi top,integral bottom or split bottom design.It features lightweight,high strength,easy installation and convenient maintenance,ensuring stable ventilation and efficient dust removal for industrial dust collection systems.
