The Silicone Coated Filter Bag Cage is an upgraded core structural component of industrial dust collection systems,evolved from the standard stainless steel filter bag cage.It is specifically engineered to support filter bags,maintain their stable shape,and enhance filtration performance in harsh,high-temperature,and corrosive industrial environments.Crafted from high-grade stainless steel as the base material,with a uniform,high-adhesion silicone coating on the surface,it not only inherits the inherent advantages of stainless steel cages but also adds superior anti-sticking,high-temperature resistance,and corrosion resistance,making it an ideal choice for complex and demanding modern industrial filtration scenarios across various sectors.

-Enhanced Corrosion Resistance:Based on premium 304 or 316L stainless steel(customizable upon request),the cage is further coated with a high-quality silicone layer,which forms a dense protective barrier against acidic,alkaline,corrosive gases,salt mist,and moisture.This dual protection(stainless steel base+silicone coating)ensures more stable operation in highly aggressive chemical environments,effectively avoiding rusting,structural degradation,and coating peeling,and significantly extending the service life of both the cage and the entire filtration system.
