Electric Knife Gate Valve

Electric knife gate valve is an automated on-off industrial valve equipped with an electric actuator,widely used for remote control and automatic pipeline cut-off in harsh working conditions.

Different from manual types,it relies on electric drive to drive the gate plate up and down steadily.The sharp-edged gate can shear fibers,solid particles,sludge and high-viscosity media,effectively avoiding blockage and realizing tight sealing.It adopts a full-bore straight-through structure with extremely low flow resistance,ensuring smooth medium delivery.

This valve features a compact short structural design,saving installation space and suitable for limited pipeline layout.It supports centralized control,remote operation and signal feedback,which greatly improves working efficiency and reduces manual labor cost.Optional soft seal and metal hard seal designs adapt to normal temperature,high temperature,corrosion and strong abrasion environments.
