Working Principle

When dust-laden gas enters the dust collector box,it flows through the sintered filter plates.Solid dust particles are intercepted and trapped on the outer surface of the filter plates by the microporous structure,while clean air penetrates the filter plates and is discharged up to standard.When the dust accumulated on the surface reaches a certain amount,the pulse jet system sprays high-pressure compressed air(0.4-0.6MPa)to blow off the dust,which falls into the ash hopper for centralized treatment,ensuring the equipment maintains stable air volume and filtration efficiency.
