Sintered Plate Type Dust Collector

The Sintered Plate Type Dust Collector is a high-efficiency dry dust removal equipment based on advanced filtration technology,widely applied in various industrial fields to control dust pollution and ensure air quality compliance.Its core component is the sintered plate,a rigid porous filter element made of polymer composites such as polyethylene,polypropylene or PPS,formed through a special high-temperature sintering process(200-350℃).

Different from traditional baghouse dust collectors,the sintered plate features a gradient porous structure with uniform micropores(1-20μm)and a PTFE coating,which endows it with superhydrophobicity,low surface energy and excellent chemical corrosion resistance,effectively preventing dust adhesion and liquid absorption.The working principle consists of two key stages:filtration and cleaning.During filtration,dusty gas is drawn into the collector by fan negative pressure,evenly distributed by the flow guide,and passes through the sintered plate.Fine particles(even PM2.5 and 0.3μm above)are intercepted,while clean gas is discharged through the clean air chamber.

When the operating resistance reaches the set threshold(1500-2500Pa),the PLC control system triggers pulse cleaning:high-pressure compressed air(0.4-0.6MPa)is jetted reversely to peel off the dust layer,which then falls into the ash hopper by gravity,completing the cycle without damaging the filter element.This equipment boasts prominent advantages:filtration efficiency up to 90%or higher,long service life(5-10 years),low energy consumption,and modular design for easy maintenance.
