Diaphragm Pulse Valve

The Diaphragm Pulse Valve is a core pneumatic component specially applied in pulse-jet dust removal equipment.It adopts a diaphragm pressure difference driving structure,matched with an electromagnetic pilot control.

When receiving an electrical signal,the valve opens instantly to eject high-pressure compressed air,forming a strong air impulse to clear dust on filter bags and filter cartridges.After power off,the diaphragm resets quickly to cut off the airflow.
