The Pulse Jet Diaphragm Valve is a critical pneumatic control component specifically designed for industrial pulse-jet dust removal systems,serving as the core executive part that ensures efficient and continuous ash cleaning.Also known as a solenoid diaphragm pulse valve,it integrates the advantages of electromagnetic control and diaphragm pressure difference drive,featuring fast response,reliable sealing,and low energy consumption,making it an indispensable accessory for baghouses and cartridge dust collectors in various industrial fields.

Structurally,the Pulse Jet Diaphragm Valve is composed of four key parts:electromagnetic pilot,diaphragm assembly,valve body,and air chamber.The electromagnetic pilot,consisting of a solenoid coil,armature,and reset spring,is responsible for receiving electrical pulse signals and converting them into mechanical motion.The diaphragm,made of high-elasticity,wear-resistant rubber,is the core control component that divides the valve into front and rear air chambers,realizing the opening and closing of the valve through pressure difference.The valve body is usually made of high-strength aluminum alloy or stainless steel,which is lightweight,corrosion-resistant,and suitable for harsh industrial environments.The air chamber is designed to store compressed air,ensuring stable pulse airflow output.

Its working principle is based on the air pressure difference principle.In the de-energized state,the valve is normally closed:compressed air enters the rear air chamber through a small orifice,and the pressure in the rear chamber presses the diaphragm tightly against the valve port,blocking the airflow.When an electrical pulse signal is received,the solenoid coil is energized to generate a magnetic field,which pulls the armature upward and opens the exhaust port of the rear chamber.The pressure in the rear chamber drops rapidly,and the high pressure in the front air chamber pushes the diaphragm upward,opening the main valve port instantly and releasing a high-pressure compressed air pulse.This powerful air impulse blows off the dust accumulated on the surface of filter bags or cartridges,achieving efficient ash cleaning.After the electrical signal disappears,the spring resets the armature,closing the exhaust port,and compressed air refills the rear chamber to restore pressure balance,so the diaphragm closes the valve port and prepares for the next working cycle.

This valve has obvious advantages:it has a millisecond-level opening and closing speed,enabling high-frequency pulse blowing;the diaphragm seal is tight,reducing air leakage and saving energy;it has few moving parts,low failure rate,and easy maintenance,which can greatly reduce the operation and maintenance cost.Common types include right-angle type,straight-through type,and submerged type,which can be selected according to different installation positions of dust collectors and air bag layouts.
