Pulse Jet Valve

Pulse jet valve is the core control component of pulse jet dust removal system,also known as solenoid pulse diaphragm valve.

It takes compressed air as the medium and is driven by electromagnetic signal.By utilizing pressure difference principle,the valve opens and closes instantly in a short time,releasing strong pulsed airflow.This powerful air impact efficiently blows away dust attached to filter bags,filter cartridges and filter cylinders,realizing automatic and periodic ash cleaning.

Mainly made of premium aluminum alloy and high-quality rubber diaphragm,the valve owns fast response,sensitive action,air saving,low failure rate and long service life.

Three mainstream types are optional:right angle type,straight through type and submerged type,which are perfectly compatible with various dust collectors.
