Its working principle is based on the air pressure difference mechanism,ensuring precise and efficient operation.In the de-energized state,the valve maintains a normally closed position:compressed air enters the rear air chamber through a small orifice,and the pressure in the rear chamber presses the diaphragm firmly against the valve port,effectively blocking airflow.Upon receiving an electrical pulse signal,the solenoid coil is energized to generate a strong magnetic field,which pulls the armature upward and opens the exhaust port of the rear chamber.The pressure in the rear chamber drops sharply,and the high pressure in the front air chamber pushes the diaphragm upward,instantly opening the main valve port and releasing a powerful high-pressure compressed air pulse.This intense air impulse efficiently blows off dust accumulated on the surface of filter bags or cartridges,achieving thorough ash cleaning.When the electrical signal ceases,the spring resets the armature,closing the exhaust port,and compressed air refills the rear chamber to restore pressure balance—allowing the diaphragm to close the valve port and prepare for the next working cycle seamlessly.
