Solenoid Pulse Valve

Solenoid Pulse Valve is a key pneumatic component for pulse jet dust collector systems.Also named diaphragm pulse valve,it is controlled by electromagnetic signals to instantly spray high-pressure compressed air.

With a pressure difference diaphragm structure,the valve keeps normally closed in daily operation.Once receiving the electric pulse signal,the solenoid pilot acts rapidly,the internal pressure balance is broken,and the valve opens in milliseconds.The powerful air impulse thoroughly cleans dust and impurities on filter bags and filter cartridges.After the signal disappears,the valve resets and closes automatically.

Manufactured with high-strength aluminum alloy body and high-elasticity wear-resistant diaphragm,it features quick response,stable operation,low air consumption and long service life.Multiple types are available:right angle type,straight through type and submerged type,with complete sizes and voltage options.
