Straight Through Pulse Valve
A Straight Through Pulse Valve(DMF‑T/TMF‑T)is a solenoid‑operated diaphragm valve for pulse‑jet baghouses,featuring 180°in‑line inlet/outlet(straight‑through flow,no direction change).It mounts externally between the air manifold and blowpipe,delivering powerful,direct pulses for filter bag cleaning.
1.Construction&Materials
Valve Body:Die‑cast aluminum(ADC12)or stainless steel,compact and lightweight.
Diaphragm:Dual‑layer(main/pilot)in NBR/HNBR/FKM,rated for≥1,000,000 cycles.
Solenoid Coil:Class F insulation,24VDC/110VAC/220VAC,response≤15 ms.
Seals:Buna‑N or Viton for airtight sealing;corrosion‑resistant hardware.
Port Sizes:DN25(1”),DN40(1.5”),DN50(2”),DN62(2.5”),DN76(3”).
2.Working Principle
Same core as right‑angle/submerged valves,but with straight flow:
Closed State:Compressed air(0.3–0.8 MPa)fills inlet and pilot chamber via an orifice;pressure balances,diaphragm seals outlet.
Pulse(Open):Controller energizes solenoid,opens pilot exhaust;pilot chamber depressurizes,inlet pressure lifts diaphragm,releasing a high‑energy straight air pulse into the blowpipe.
Reset(Close):Solenoid de‑energizes,pilot closes;pressure rebuilds in pilot chamber,diaphragm resets,valve closes.

Higher Pressure Loss:More resistance than submerged valves(≈0.10–0.12 MPa drop).
External Piping:Requires straight external piping;not for tight plenum spaces.

Pulse‑Jet Baghouses:Cement,steel,power plants,chemical,food processing,woodworking.
Long Blowpipe Runs:Large collectors with≥3 m blowpipes needing strong,direct pulses.
High‑Dust Loads:Heavy dust environments requiring frequent,powerful cleaning.
