Submerged Pulse Jet Valve
A Submerged Pulse Jet Valve(also called embedded or flush-mounted pulse valve)is a high‑efficiency solenoid‑operated valve designed specifically for pulse‑jet baghouse dust collectors.It is installed directly into the plenum/air manifold,with the entire valve body“submerged”inside the air bag,minimizing flow resistance and pressure loss.

2.Working Principle
Normal(Closed)State
Compressed air(0.1–0.7 MPa)enters the plenum and fills both the inlet and the pilot chamber via a small orifice.Pressure equalizes on both sides of the diaphragm,and the spring force presses the diaphragm against the outlet,keeping the valve closed.
Pulse(Open)State
An electrical signal from the pulse controller energizes the solenoid,lifting the pilot plunger and opening the exhaust port.The pilot chamber depressurizes instantly;the higher inlet pressure pushes the diaphragm away from the outlet,releasing a high‑velocity compressed air pulse into the blowpipe and cleaning the filter bags.
Reset(Close)State
When the electric pulse ends,the solenoid de‑energizes,the pilot closes,and pressure re‑builds in the pilot chamber.The diaphragm resets,sealing the outlet,and the valve returns to standby.
