1.Product Overview

The rotary discharge valve is a core industrial unloading and air locking equipment,widely known as star rotor valve.It is commonly installed at the discharge outlet of dust collectors,cyclone separators,storage silos and hoppers.This device realizes continuous,uniform and quantitative discharge of bulk materials,while effectively isolating pressure difference,preventing air backflow and dust leakage,ensuring stable operation of dust removal and pneumatic conveying systems.

2.Working Principle

Driven by motor and reducer,the multi-blade rotor runs at a low constant speed inside the sealed casing.Materials naturally fill the rotor cavities from the upper feeding inlet,and are transported to the bottom outlet with rotor rotation,then discharged by gravity.The close fit between rotor and housing forms a durable air seal,which maintains system pressure balance and avoids energy loss.
