The core structure of a tube screw conveyor mainly includes a seamless steel tube(or customized material tube),spiral blade,drive unit,bearing support,feeding port,and discharging port.The tube serves as the conveying channel,providing a closed space to prevent material leakage and dust pollution.The spiral blade,usually made of carbon steel,stainless steel,or wear-resistant alloy,is welded or assembled on the central shaft,and its rotation generates thrust to push materials forward continuously.The drive unit consists of a motor,reducer,and coupling,ensuring stable power output and adjustable conveying speed according to actual needs.Bearing supports at both ends of the tube ensure smooth rotation of the spiral shaft,reducing friction and extending service life.

The working principle of the tube screw conveyor is simple and reliable.When the drive unit starts,the spiral blade rotates at a constant speed.Materials are fed into the tube from the feeding port,and under the combined action of the spiral blade’s rotation and the friction between materials and the tube wall,the materials move forward along the tube in a spiral trajectory until they are discharged from the discharging port.It supports horizontal,inclined,and vertical installation modes,with an inclined angle generally not exceeding 45°to ensure stable conveying efficiency.The conveying speed and capacity can be customized according to material characteristics(such as particle size,density,and viscosity)and production requirements.
