U Trough Screw Conveyor

The working principle of the U trough screw conveyor is simple and efficient.When the drive unit is started,the spiral blade rotates at a constant speed.Materials are fed into the U-shaped trough through the feeding hopper,and under the thrust generated by the rotating spiral blade,the materials move forward along the trough continuously.Due to the open structure,operators can easily observe the conveying status and handle material blockages in a timely manner.It is mainly suitable for horizontal or slightly inclined conveying(inclination angle generally≤20°),and the conveying direction can be adjusted according to production needs,realizing one-way or two-way conveying.
