Equipped with an automatic pulse-jet cleaning system,the device maintains continuous and stable operation.When the filter bags are clogged with accumulated dust and the system resistance reaches a preset value,the PLC control system triggers the pulse valve,spraying compressed air(0.3-0.6 MPa)in a pulsed manner into the circular filter bags.This powerful jet dislodges the dust attached to the bag surface,which then falls into the hopper for centralized collection and disposal—without interrupting the industrial production process.
