1.Construction&Working Principle

Core Components

Valve Body:Carbon steel(WCB),stainless steel(304/316),or ductile iron;wafer/flanged,round/rectangular design.

Butterfly Disc:Centerline or eccentric steel plate;rotates 90°(0°=closed,90°=fully open).

Electric Actuator:

Switch type:220V/380V,on/off control(open/close).

Modulating type:4–20mA/0–10V signal,0–90%precise flow regulation.

Features:IP65 protection,explosion‑proof(optional),remote/PLC control.

Working Principle

The electric actuator receives control signals to rotate the stem and disc:

Fully Open:Disc parallel to flow→maximum airflow,low pressure drop.

Fully Closed:Disc perpendicular to flow→shuts off gas flow.

Modulation:0–90°rotation→adjusts airflow volume(e.g.,30–80%open).
